Anyone recall that final comment Eileen made at the end of Event 7
? By "farm duty," she was referring to the Pozolish family here! Yes, Eileen and Ranulph live with a family of Pozolish1
immigrants who work on a farm. Since then, I've never had a chance to properly introduce these guys. But mark my words, they WILL be featured in Event 8 for sure.1 - Pozolish is the PMD term for Spanish. English is known as Taolish.
The entire cast here was designed by *RainbowFilled
, but the art was drawn by me. Did I do them justice? I guess that's for *RainbowFilled
YOU DID THEM MORE THAN JUSTICE, GURL.
Lol! Well, that answered my question. Plenty of thanks for making these NPCs for me to use, Souzou. You've been a big
help!-----Character Info-----Theodore "Teo"
The eldest child of the family. This kindhearted Luxio is always seen helping out on the farm or within the household. Being that his late father was a Purrloin, Teo only walks on two legs. His mother often calls him by his given name, Theodore, or simply "Theo." Teo's speed is unmatched, and uses it to assist Eileen and Ranulph in transporting them. Clever use of his trademark Magnet Rise further boosts his agility. Unlike Grace, Teo has easily assimilated into Tao society. Despite being the son of two Pozolish Pokemon, Teo does not have an accent, only using the language if needed. When it comes to socializing, Teo is polite at most, but has a tendency to accidentally make tactless comments.Grace
Born Genoveva, she changed her name to Grace when she moved to Tao. A mother of three, Grace keeps the house and kids in check. Following the death of her husband, Grace moved to Tao with young Teo and remarried a Lopunny. In Tao, she had two more children: a Buneary named Mindy, and Shinx named Conrad. Grace has a prehensile tail tip, allowing her to grip objects with ease. She is kind at heart, but possibly the most aggressive of the family. Grace is the one who makes the final call for everything. Brought up strictly Pozolish, Grace is poorly incorporated into Tao language and culture. She can speak Taolish with an accent, but feels more comfortable speaking her native language.Albert
Albert is what most would call the "strong, silent type." He lives to work, and is extremely passionate about his job as a farmer. Raised in Tao, Albert married Grace and fathered two children. Although he loves his family dearly, Albert keeps to himself most of the time. Nevertheless, Albert is much admired by both his children and wife. Grace affectionately calls him "Bertie."Mindy
Two children born to Albert the Lopunny and Grace the Luxio. Mindy (the Buneary) and Conrad (the Shinx) are known best for their mischief. Mindy, the older one, is almost always the source of trouble. She likes to use her Charm attack to get what she wants or to escape punishment. Conrad is not as cunning as his sister, but will always support whatever idea she has. On his own, Conrad likes to play pranks using his Double Team. Life on the farm is both laboring as well as a game for these two. Mindy and Conrad are most valuable in growing crops with Rain Dance and Sunny Day. Both can speak Pozolish, but would much rather use Taolish.
